Stunning rooftop terrace views

i've stayed at a few hotels in new york before, but this one exceeded my expectations with its excellent service and modern feel. the one-bedroom suite was spacious and perfect for our family, especially with water dispensers available everywhere. the location was a major plus, as we could easily walk to attractions like the 9/11 memorial and other key spots.

the ac was quite noisy.

I loved the complimentary snack bar and the huge king bed that felt luxurious after exploring all day! The free water bottle filling stations were a lifesaver. I would definitely stay again!

I appreciated the spaciousness of the Superior Queen Room, which allowed us to relax comfortably. The automated check-in process was seamless, making our arrival very easy.

However, the noise from the adjoining rooms occasionally disrupted our peace.

The views from our room were breathtaking, and we loved the spacious layout, making it comfortable for both our family and my son's family. Enjoyed catching up with everyone during happy hour while sipping drinks with an incredible skyline view. This hotel is definitely a family favorite.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered more kid-friendly activities.

The hotel was good, located right across from the 9/11 Memorial. I loved that they had coffee for us even after checkout, really nice touch. Plus, the room was clean, and we had a refrigerator and microwave, made everything more convenient.

Had an amazing view of the WTC memorial from my room. The wine hour was a nice perk too, definitely relaxed before exploring.

my stay at world center was fantastic! the location was ideal, tucked away yet close to all the lower manhattan sights. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the free coffee in the lobby was a great perk. my kids loved the luxurious toilet roll, and it was the best hotel experience i’ve had!
